- XRP price could recover toward $2 if $1.25 support holds, according to analyst Ali Martinez
- Santiment flags potential opportunities as XRP and Dogecoin’s 365-day MVRV ratios sit near 0.92 and 0.74
- MarketCapOf’s hypothetical comparison puts DOGE near $0.537 at XRP’s market cap, assuming unchanged supply
Losses are piling up for XRP and Dogecoin holders, but Santiment says they should take a closer look. Its latest valuation readings suggest both assets may offer opportunities after their declines. Traders watching the XRP price will think selling pressure has eased enough to support a recovery. An analyst’s rebound call adds to the debate, though the case rests on a price level buyers still need to defend.
XRP’s $2 Recovery Case Starts at $1.25

Analyst Ali Martinez has identified $1.25 as a potential floor for XRP, arguing that holding this support could open a path toward $2. This would represent a 60% recovery from the support level. His XRP price prediction remains conditional on buyers keeping that floor intact.
Martinez also highlighted approximately $49.7 billion in value transferred across the XRP Ledger. The figure shows substantial network activity, although transfers can include movements between existing holders and wallets. It should not be read as $49.7 billion of fresh buying.
Santiment’s latest analysis offers another perspective. XRP’s 365-day MVRV ratio stood near 0.92, while Dogecoin’s was approximately 0.74. The metric compares market value with realized value, providing a view of holders’ profitability. Both readings sit below one, with DOGE showing the deeper loss position under this measure.

Santiment interprets those losses as potentially favorable conditions compared with periods of profits. They do not establish that either token has finished falling.
Institutional exposure adds context. The Bitwise XRP ETF listed roughly 417.73 million XRP worth $552.53 million as of October 19. That figure measures the value of its holdings, which changes with XRP’s price. It does not represent fresh inflows.

What Would Dogecoin Cost at XRP’s Market Cap?
The Dogecoin price also looks different when measured against XRP’s valuation. Using the entered figures in MarketCapOf, DOGE had a market cap of approximately $12.74 billion, compared with XRP’s $84.04 billion. Matching XRP’s valuation would put DOGE near $0.537, assuming unchanged circulating supply.

This is about 6.61 times the calculator’s $0.08151 reference price. A holding of 1,000 DOGE would consequently be worth approximately $538.47, compared with about $81.46 at the reference price.
The comparison shows the size of the valuation gap. It does not predict that Dogecoin will close it. For XRP, the nearer test remains $1.25. Holding that level would preserve Martinez’s recovery case. Losing it would weaken the argument even while MVRV readings remain low.
