The cryptocurrency market has lately been feeling the blues. However, that narrative seems to be now changing, as crypto funds Inflows have hit a 10-month high of $3.2B last week. Per the latest Kobiessi letter post, this is their largest intake since October 2025. Bitcoin focused products remain the key focus of the market, with BlackRock’s IBIT recording $928M in inflows last week. A week prior to this, IBIT had recorded $1.3B in inflows, taking its two-week total to roughly $2.2B, reflecting its strongest momentum since October 2025.

“The largest crypto ETF, $IBIT, attracted +$928 million last week, following +$1.3 billion in the prior week, its biggest 2-week inflow since October 2025. As a result, crypto funds have averaged +$1.3 billion in weekly inflows over the last 4 weeks, their largest 4-week average in 10 months.”

The KL post later shared how crypto funds have averaged around $1.3B in weekly inflows over the last 4 weeks.

The latest inflows suggest investor demand is picking up again after a prolonged period of volatility.

Tom Lee Sees A Bullish September For ETH

As investors demand picks and crypto funds Inflows gather momentum, Tom Lee’s September momentum is also gaining strength. Lee is of opinion how September can emerge as one of the most bullish months for crypto domains, especially for ETH. However, this may happen on one condition. That condition is related to the Federal Reserve and that if they don’t hike interest rates in September, next month can prove to be a lucrative one for crypto.

“We think the asset with the most FOMO in Sept and into year-end will be crypto, particularly $ETH.”

The Fed’s September outlook is an important date for Lee to watch out for. Unchanged interest rates may allow more room for the crypto assets to recover. This can also help accelerate crypto funds Inflows as demand picks up. However, the development strongly depends on the federal reserve and their economic outlook for September.

Lee later added how ETH may end up bolstering further in September. The Fundstrat founder believes that ETH demand is strengthening day by day.

The US spot ETFs have also posted strong gains as of late, with $189.15M entering into the domain as of August 19.
