Near Protocol Launches Anthropic Futures

Near Protocol is busy banking on the current Anthropic IPO development. The protocol has launched a new product offering called ANT perpetual futures on the NEAR trading platform. These futures are powered by Hyperliquid and TradeXYZ. Traders are free to take long and short positions on the aforementioned futures, with up to 10x leverage. At the same time, NEAR says individual positions are kept out of public view for a more private trading experience.
The Near protocol Anthropic futures launch has given crypto traders a chance to speculate on Anthropic IPO shares’ potential market value. However, these instruments are derivatives and not real Anthropic shares. Perpetual futures do not have a fixed expiry date. At the same time, leverage allows users to take larger positions with less initial capital, but it can also magnify losses.

Why Wall Street Is Watching Anthropic IPO Development
Anthropic’s IPO could become one of the largest public offerings in history, depending on its eventual valuation and deal size. Its rapid revenue growth has already attracted investors, while a planned listing could eventually give investors a direct way to buy shares in the company.
The firm reported revenue of $16.3 billion for the first half of 2026, up from approximately $1.2 billion during the same period a year earlier.
“The AI giant reportedly aims to match or surpass SpaceX’s record $75 BILLION IPO. However, its expected valuation has FALLEN to $1.5T–$1.75T from earlier estimates of $2T or more, despite quarterly revenue surging nearly 50% to $16.8 BILLION. Investor marketing could begin the week of November 9, with trading potentially starting before Thanksgiving. The listing could become a major test of investor appetite for AI amid growing concerns over the sector’s massive spending.”
As outlined by expert Shay Baloor, the Anthropic IPO filing showcases the breakdown of Anthropic’s revenue.
“Anthropic’s $ANT IPO filing shows it now generates $2.08 in revenue for every $1 spent on compute, which is up from just $0.40 in Q1 2025. What’s wild is that revenue grew ~29x while compute spending rose only ~6x as products like Claude Code drive adoption and more efficient models make each AI task cheaper to run.”
These figures suggest that Anthropic is generating more revenue relative to its compute and infrastructure expenses.
Investors are now watching whether Anthropic can justify its valuation through continued growth.
