It is also involved in developing residential projects specifically designed for senior citizens and distributes a variety of financial products such as life and general insurance, mutual funds, and credit and LIC cards. The company's extensive product portfolio reaches customers via home loan agents, direct sales representatives, and customer relation associates. As of March 31, 2021, its operational network comprised 24 back offices, 282 marketing offices, 1 customer service point, 9 regional offices, and international representative offices located in Dubai and Kuwait.
