- Binance listed HYPE for spot trading as Hyperliquid price approached $96, bringing the $100 mark into view
- From roughly $93.65, HYPE needs a gain of about 6.8% to reach $100
- HYPE has also pulled back from its daily high. Whether buyers hold their gains after the listing will be the next test
Hyperliquid came close to $96 on Thursday, putting $100 within reach just as Binance added the HYPE token to its spot market. The timing has given traders a clear number to watch, though the listing has also made the price harder to read. Binance showed HYPE back around $93.65 after the day’s high. It leaves room for another run, and a question the first burst of trading cannot settle on its own but how many buyers are willing to stay?

Binance Listing Gives HYPE Price a Shot at $100

From Binance’s roughly $93.65 reference price, HYPE needs a gain of about 6.8% to reach $100. Earlier in the day, its reported high of $95.99 left it only about 4.2% away. The move is notable within a volatile trading session, but the more useful test is whether HYPE can hold near its high after the excitement around the listing fades. A quick touch of $100 would say less than sustained trading there.
Binance announced HYPE spot trading against USDT, USDC and the Turkish lira, scheduled to open September 24 at 11:00 UTC. Deposits opened ahead of trading, while withdrawals are expected to begin September 25. The new pairs give traders another route into HYPE at a moment when its price is already near a milestone.
Volume matters as well. Rising activity alongside further price gains would show that the listing is drawing buyers at higher prices. A surge in volume while HYPE retreats could tell a different story, with early holders using the new market to sell.

Hyperliquid Price Also Faces a Sharper Downside Case
Binance applied its Seed Tag to HYPE, a label the exchange uses for projects it says may carry greater volatility and risk. The token had already pulled back from its reported daily high when Binance’s price page showed it at $93.65. A return toward the day’s $92.13 low would put the strength of the listing rally under scrutiny.

A Hyperliquid price prediction from CoinCodex points to $74.26 over five days, far below current trading levels. This is a model output, not a measured support level, and its figures change as market data updates. But the gap captures the risk facing anyone chasing the announcement. A Binance listing can bring fresh demand, but it also gives existing HYPE holders a larger venue in which to exit.
