NewMed Energy Management Ltd. functions as the company's general partner. Originally incorporated in Herzliya, Israel, in 1993, the company was formerly known as Delek Drilling - Limited Partnership before adopting its current name in February 2022. It operates as a subsidiary of Delek Energy Systems Ltd.
