Its diverse business portfolio spans land mobility, marine products, robotics, and financial services. The Land Mobility segment provides a broad spectrum of products, including motorcycles, leaning multi-wheelers, all-terrain vehicles, recreational off-highway vehicles, snowmobiles, electrically power-assisted bicycles, and electric wheelchairs, alongside automobile engines and components, as well as intermediate and knockdown parts. Within its Marine Products division, the company manufactures outboard motors, personal watercraft, various types of boats (such as fishing and utility models), and FRP pools. The Robotics segment focuses on industrial automation, delivering surface mounters, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, industrial robots, and unmanned helicopters for commercial applications. Furthermore, the Financial Services arm offers sales finance and leasing solutions specifically for Yamaha products. A miscellaneous "Others" segment includes offerings like golf cars, generators, multi-purpose engines, and snow blowers. Established in 1918, Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. maintains its headquarters in Iwata, Japan.
