Ensifentrine is presently undergoing advanced (Phase 3) clinical trials to evaluate its effectiveness in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and cystic fibrosis. To provide versatile administration options, the company is developing ensifentrine in three distinct formulations: a nebulizer solution, a dry powder inhaler (DPI), and a pressurized metered-dose inhaler (pMDI).
