These wholesale outlets supply a wide array of food and general merchandise to a registered membership base, which includes small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), retailers, caterers, various professional sectors, and institutional clients. Beyond product sales, the company offers logistics services like freight, delivery vehicle rentals, and storage solutions, alongside marketing and consulting support. It also engages in the import, export, trade, and distribution of food products. Siam Makro PCL's diverse portfolio further encompasses providing technical and support services, merchandising non-food items, investing in and operating retail businesses and mall leasing activities, importing and trading frozen and chilled foods, telecommunications, and managing restaurants and minimarts. As of December 31, 2021, the company operated 135 Makro stores and 7 specialized frozen food shops. Established in 1988, Siam Makro PCL is headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, and functions as a subsidiary of CP ALL Public Company Limited.
