Established in 1930 under the name Sentinel Mines Corporation, the company was subsequently renamed Exsorbet Industries, Inc. in November 1993, and then adopted its present identity as Consolidated Eco-Systems, Inc. in January 1997. The firm is headquartered in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
