Its core business model begins with sourcing young parent breeding stock from specialized farms. These breeder birds are then raised to lay eggs, which are subsequently incubated and hatched. The resulting live day-old broiler chicks are then marketed for sale. In addition to the chicks, Yuhe also supplies poultry feed. The company's operational footprint includes 43 breeder farms, 28 of which are actively in production, alongside three hatcheries. These facilities boast a combined annual capacity capable of supporting 3.15 million sets of parent breeders and house 160 individual hatching units. Yuhe serves a broad customer base, including large integrated poultry companies, dedicated broiler cultivation enterprises, and independent broiler farmers, with product distribution managed via external partners. Established in 1996, the firm's corporate headquarters are situated in Weifang, China.
