Yatra Capital's primary goal is to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and capital growth to its institutional investors. This objective is met by pursuing development-focused investment opportunities across the entire Indian real estate spectrum. Since its establishment, Yatra has strategically utilized the expertise of its Board of Directors, Investment Committee, and Investment Manager. This collaborative strength has enabled the company to build a well-diversified investment portfolio, spanning different property types, locations, investment durations, and risk profiles. After successfully allocating the initial EUR 100 million raised into nine distinct investments, Yatra secured an additional EUR 120 million through a Secondary Offering and Placing in October 2007. All investments are channeled through K2 Property Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary and fund registered in Mauritius. The Investment Manager employs in-depth market analysis and a stringent due diligence process to identify and secure attractive investment prospects. The overall strategy is implemented in partnership with joint venture partners, chosen for their extensive sector-specific experience, entrepreneurial drive, and profound understanding of local real estate markets and asset classes.
