These assets include the Jojay property, consisting of five claim blocks covering 1,496 hectares; the Munro Lake property, spanning 2,489 hectares; and the extensive Fork Lake/Jasper/Tamar property, which encompasses 6,513 hectares. Originally incorporated in 2003, the company was known as Shore Resources Inc. before rebranding to Wescan Goldfields Inc. in April 2004. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Saskatoon, Canada.
