Its marketed portfolio includes IMVEXXY, prescribed for moderate to severe dyspareunia; BIJUVA, a bio-identical hormone replacement therapy combining 17ß-estradiol and progesterone, used to alleviate moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms; and ANNOVERA, an innovative vaginal ring designed for contraception. In its developmental pipeline, TherapeuticsMD is advancing several preclinical candidates: TX-005HR, a transdermal cream containing only progesterone; TX-006HR, another transdermal cream formulated with both estradiol and progesterone; TX-007HR and TX-008HR, both experimental transdermal patches; and TX-009HR, an oral formulation of progesterone and estradiol. Beyond its core pharmaceutical offerings, the company produces and distributes both branded and generic prescription prenatal vitamins, notably under the vitaTrue, vitaPearl, vitaMedMD, and BocaGreenMD Prena1 labels. Its prescription medications and prenatal vitamin lines reach consumers through established channels, including wholesale and retail pharmacy distributors. Established in 2008, TherapeuticsMD, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida.
