The company conducts exploration activities targeting deposits of gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc. A cornerstone of its portfolio is the Goliath gold project, an extensive property encompassing approximately 7,601 hectares situated to the east of Dryden within northwestern Ontario. Founded in 1997, the company originally bore the name Divine Lake Exploration Inc., later rebranding to Treasury Metals Inc. in November 2007. Its corporate head office is located in Toronto, Canada.
