Its extensive product range includes Absolac, a plastic resin widely used in automotive interior and exterior components, home appliances, and electronic device enclosures. Absolan serves various sectors, finding application in industrial goods, cosmetic packaging, stationery, electrical products, and household items, including cosmetic jars. The company also provides General Purpose Polystyrene (GPPS), a transparent polymer crucial for TV light diffuser plates, XPS insulation boards, refrigerator drawers, medical labware, disposable packaging, CD jewel boxes, and clothes hangers. High Impact Polystyrene Resin (HIPS) is supplied for electronic goods housing, refrigerator internal and door linings, injection molded articles, beverage cups, dairy product containers, sheets, disposables, yogurt bottles, and toys. Additionally, Styrenix offers Styroloy, a blended material for automotive (both exterior and interior), household, and electronics applications, along with Asalac, a polymer specifically for vehicle exterior and interior uses. Incorporated in 1973 and headquartered in Vadodara, India, the company was formerly known as INEOS Styrolution India Limited, rebranding to its current name in January 2023.
