These activities are supported by an infrastructure network primarily in Western Catarina, Texas (spanning Dimmit and Webb Counties), which includes roughly 160 miles of gathering pipelines and four comprehensive gathering and processing facilities equipped with stabilizers, storage tanks, compressors, and dehydration units. The company also offers upstream production services in the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas and holds production assets situated in both Texas and Louisiana. Evolve Transition Infrastructure GP LLC serves as its general partner. Established in 2005, the entity was rebranded in February 2021 as Evolve Transition Infrastructure LP, having previously operated as Sanchez Midstream Partners LP. The company maintains its headquarters in Houston, Texas.
