The company primarily directs its efforts toward a portfolio of optioned properties within Ontario's Confederation Lake project. This includes the Garnet Lake/Arrow Zone, Fredart, Copperlode, Dixie, Joy North, North Pakwash Lake, and the Mitchell, Gerry Lake, and Karas Lake properties. Additionally, Pegasus holds interests in the Golden gold/silver and copper venture located in British Columbia, as well as the Energy Sands project situated in Emery County, Utah. The company has also secured option agreements enabling it to acquire 100% ownership of several other properties, including the Millionara gold, Pine Channel, Chord, Lucky 7, AurCrest, James Bay, and Icefield gold properties. Beyond its core mining and resource operations, Pegasus explores blockchain technology applications designed to enhance management within the sector. Established in 1995, the company adopted its current name, Pegasus Resources Inc., in December 2020, having previously been known as Pistol Bay Mining Inc. Its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
