Rovsing also develops various software tools, such as on-board command, control, and sophisticated monitoring applications, in addition to ground support and simulation/evaluation software. Beyond product delivery, the firm offers independent software verification and validation services, notably for the European unmanned cargo module (ATV), which automatically docks with and resupplies the International Space Station. Their comprehensive on-site engineering support covers a broad spectrum of services, including software development, project management, quality assurance, configuration management, system operation and maintenance, as well as assembly, integration, and validation. Rovsing's client base primarily comprises space organizations in Europe and the United States, along with European space agencies. The company operated as SSBV-Rovsing A/S until its rebranding to Rovsing A/S in October 2016.
