A collaboration with Ionis Pharmaceuticals is underway to assess the OBDS platform for delivering antisense oligonucleotides. Founded in 2010 as Ascendant MDX, Inc., the company adopted the name Progenity, Inc. in November 2013, prior to becoming Biora Therapeutics, Inc. Its headquarters are located in San Diego, California.
