Founded in 1952, Panatlântica S.A., which adopted its current name in April 1987 from its former identity, Aços Laminados Panatlântica S.A., is based in Gravatai, Brazil. It functions as a subsidiary of LP Acos Comercio e Participacoes Ltda.
