The Originations segment is responsible for generating and acquiring conventional and government-insured residential mortgages, both traditional and reverse. These activities are conducted through correspondent lending alliances, broker networks, and direct retail channels. Established in 1988 and based in West Palm Beach, Florida, Ocwen Financial Corporation largely conducts its business under the PHH Mortgage and Liberty Reverse Mortgage brands.
