Its products reach consumers worldwide through both company-owned and franchised retail establishments. The company's operations are categorized into two primary divisions: the Natuzzi Brand and its Private Label segment. Natuzzi's diverse product portfolio includes a wide array of furniture, such as conventional stationary pieces like sofas, loveseats, and armchairs; flexible sectional arrangements; motion-enabled furniture; and practical sofa beds. Additionally, the company offers various occasional seating, including recliners and specialized massage chairs. Beyond furniture, Natuzzi also provides a range of home furnishing accessories like coffee tables, lamps, rugs, and wall units, alongside decorative accents such as vases, mirrors, magazine racks, trays, and other ornamental objects. Furthermore, the company supplies polyurethane foam and various leather by-products. As of December 31, 2021, Natuzzi maintained a substantial retail presence, with 253 Natuzzi Italia stores, 72 Divani&Divani by Natuzzi outlets, and 326 Natuzzi Editions stores in operation. Originally established in 1959, the firm was initially known as Industrie Natuzzi S.p.A. It officially adopted its current name, Natuzzi S.p.A., in June 2002. The company's corporate headquarters are located in Santeramo in Colle, Italy.
