The Industrial Solutions segment provides rental solutions for composite matting systems, facilitating temporary worksite access, and delivers related site development and support services. It serves a diverse array of markets, encompassing power transmission, E&P activities, pipeline projects, renewable energy initiatives, petrochemical facilities, and broader construction endeavors, primarily across the United States and Europe, while also selling its composite mats to customers worldwide. Furthermore, this division is responsible for a suite of on-site services, including the construction of access roads, meticulous site planning and preparation, environmental protection measures, effective fluid and spill containment, erosion control, and comprehensive site restoration. Established in 1932, Newpark Resources, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas.
