The company produces Bhojpuri movies; acquires and trades in media telecast rights over national and regional TV channels; publishes film trade magazines under the Bhojpuricity and MazaCinema names for Bhojpur and Marathi cinema; and provides media consultancy, as well as event and celebrity management services. It is also involved in the real estate and infrastructure; procurement and trading of computer hardware and software; lease of farming and trading of agricultural products; trading of swimming pool related items; dealing in shares and securities; and provision of management consultancy and related other activities. In addition, the company offers residential automation technologies. The company was formerly known as Nouveau Multimedia Limited and changed its name to Nouveau Global Ventures Limited in March 2011. Nouveau Global Ventures was incorporated in 1988 and is based in Mumbai, India.
