Grupo KUO, S.A.B. de C.V. is a diversified Mexican conglomerate that, through its various subsidiaries, manufactures and distributes a broad spectrum of products. These offerings include consumer goods, plastic materials, chemical compounds, and automotive components, reaching international markets in Mexico, the United States, Spain, Belgium, and China. The company organizes its operations into three primary divisions: Consumer, Chemical, and Automotive. The Consumer segment is dedicated to the processing and selling of pork, alongside a range of processed foods and beverages for end-users. The Chemical unit focuses on the production and supply of plastics and other chemical substances, such as synthetic rubber and various polymers. Meanwhile, the Automotive division specializes in the fabrication and assembly of advanced components and transmission systems. It also develops and markets numerous auto parts, including pistons, braking systems, bearings, gaskets, and seals, primarily under the prominent brands Tremec, Fritec, TF Victor, and Moresa. Originally named DESC, S.A.B. de C.V., the enterprise officially adopted its current designation, Grupo KUO, S.A.B. de C.V., in March 2007. Established in 1973, the corporation maintains its headquarters in Mexico City, Mexico.
