The Mobile Services segment specializes in cellular voice, text, and data services for both retail and wholesale markets, as well as IoT mobile data connectivity. A significant part of its operation involves distributing government-backed mobile communication services to qualifying low-income households. KonaTel reaches its customer base through a diverse array of channels, including its official website, dedicated sales teams, physical retail outlets, and a network of independent sales agents and Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs). Established in 2014, the company's main office is situated in Plano, Texas.
