This DXL platform is designed to boost the therapeutic efficacy of conventional monoclonal antibody treatments by strengthening their binding to target antigens, amplifying their effector functions, and endowing them with novel properties. InNexus's development portfolio features several investigational therapies: DXL625: A monoclonal antibody currently in late-stage pre-clinical development, engineered for superior binding kinetics and enhanced effector functions, intended for treating B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). DXLr120: A recombinant DXL anti-CD20 antibody also being developed for B-cell NHL. DXL702: A monoclonal antibody targeting metastatic breast cancer. DXL1218: An agent designed to target the epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), an antigen frequently overexpressed in metastatic colorectal cancer and squamous cell carcinomas of the head and neck. The company also maintains strategic partnerships with XERIS Pharmaceuticals, Genhelix, Evogenix, Affimed, and Corixa. InNexus Biotechnology, Inc. is based in Vancouver, Canada.
