The company’s operations are split into Retail and Wholesale divisions, providing an extensive selection of food and related products. These include snacks, a variety of seasonings and spices (such as peanut oil, cooking wine, vinegar, and chili oil), teas, condiments, canned goods, flour, marine food items, candies, traditional Chinese medicine, health supplements, and dried foods, alongside diverse rice and noodle products. iFresh also supplies frozen vegetables, dumplings, and seafood, as well as cooking utensils. The company manages a portfolio of proprietary brands, prominently featuring Family Elephant, Feiyan, Green Acre, Golden Smell, Redolent, and I FRESH. In addition to its own retail and wholesale outlets, iFresh distributes its merchandise to other wholesale stores, supermarkets, and restaurants.
