As of December 31, 2021, its diverse portfolio featured six historic commercial structures; a 75% ownership stake in the ground and second-floor premises of a residential condominium; a 40% equity interest in Haliburton Forest & Wildlife Reserve Limited; and a 60% net profit participation from the redevelopment of peripheral lands at the Muskoka Grandview Resort in Huntsville, Ontario. Established in 2000, the firm initially operated as H.A.L. Concepts, Ltd. before adopting its current name in February 2007. Its headquarters are located in Toronto, Canada.
