(HCCI), operating through its subsidiary, delivers essential environmental management solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the industrial and vehicle maintenance sectors throughout the United States and Canada. The company's activities are divided into two main divisions. The Environmental Services segment offers specialized solutions such as parts washing, containerized waste handling, vacuuming and disposal of wastewater, antifreeze reclamation, and various on-site field services. Concurrently, the Oil Business segment focuses on the collection of used oil, the marketing of reprocessed fuel oil, proper removal and disposal of used oil filters, and the sophisticated re-refinement of used oil into high-quality lubricant base oils and other derivative products. By early 2022, this enterprise, founded in 2007 and based in Elgin, Illinois, boasted an extensive operational footprint, managing 91 facilities that serviced approximately 95,000 client sites.
