A significant asset in its portfolio is the Golden Promise project in central Newfoundland, which covers approximately 16,525 hectares under 16 mineral licenses. Additionally, the company holds interests in several other properties across the Maritimes, including Glenelg Vanadium, Kagoot Brook Cobalt, MacDougal Road, Keymet, Mascarene, Mount Raymond, and Porcupine in New Brunswick; Pilley's Island and South Quarry in Newfoundland; and the Mitchell Brook property in Nova Scotia. Established in 1997 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company was previously known as Greenlight Resources Inc. before rebranding to Great Atlantic Resources Corp. in June 2012.
