Central to its development efforts is its unique Tarmogen platform. The company's pipeline includes several key candidates: For infectious diseases: GS-4774 is currently in Phase 2 clinical trials, designed to treat individuals chronically infected with the hepatitis B virus who are also on oral antiviral suppressive therapy. Additionally, GlobeImmune has various other infectious disease programs in the preclinical stage, such as GI-19000 for tuberculosis, GI-2010 for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and GI-18000 for hepatitis D virus infections. For oncology: GlobeImmune is advancing GI-6301, which targets cancers characterized by the expression of the brachyury protein. GI-6207 is progressing through Phase 2 clinical trials for medullary thyroid cancer. Furthermore, GI-4000 is a significant asset, undergoing Phase 2b clinical trials for resected pancreatic cancer, and is also in separate Phase 2 trials for non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer. To support its endeavors, GlobeImmune maintains strategic alliances with industry leaders such as Gilead Sciences, Inc. and Celgene Corporation.
