Additionally, this segment provides general freight services and freight brokerage. The company's Energy Services segment manages and operates a network of compressed natural gas refueling stations strategically located in Fort Worth, Texas; Oak Creek, Wisconsin; and Tolleson, Arizona. EVO caters to both governmental agencies and corporate clients. Established in 2010, the company is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. It previously operated under the name Minn Shares, Inc. before officially rebranding as EVO Transportation & Energy Services, Inc. in September 2017.
