The company further maintains stakes in the Otse and Lobatse manganese prospects. Initially established as Giyani Gold Corp., the firm officially rebranded to Giyani Metals Corp. in July 2017. Founded in 2007, its corporate headquarters are located in Vancouver, Canada.
