The company maintains a full operating interest in the 101,208-acre Cerro de Los Leones concession permit, situated in the northern NeuquΓ©n Basin within the province of Mendoza. Its portfolio also includes stakes in the Las Violetas, La Angostura, and Rio Cullen exploitation concessions, which together cover roughly 489,000 acres in the Austral Basin of Tierra del Fuego. Additionally, Crown Point holds the 10,057-acre ChaΓ±ares Herrados exploitation concession in Mendoza's Cuyano Basin and possesses an option to secure a 50% working interest in the Puesto Pozo Cercado Oriental hydrocarbon exploitation concession, also located in the Cuyana basin of Mendoza province. Established in 1966 and headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the entity was formerly known as Crown Point Ventures Ltd. before adopting its current name in July 2012. Crown Point Energy Inc. functions as a subsidiary of Liminar Energia S.A.
