The company's operations are segmented into Retail and Distribution. The Retail division encompasses a diverse portfolio of brands and services. Key among these is Clicks, a leading specialist in health, beauty, and homeware. This segment also includes Sorbet, a network of franchised hair and beauty salons, and 180 Degrees Marketing, a software development firm. The Body Shop, offering naturally-inspired luxury toiletries, cosmetics, gifts, and grooming products, is also part of this segment. Furthermore, Clicks Group provides a comprehensive array of mother-and-baby products under its Clicks Baby brand, covering hardware, accessories, health items, food, diapers, wipes, and toiletries. Specialized healthcare services, such as diabetic and travel clinics and wound management practices, are delivered through its M-KEM brand. The Distribution segment, operating primarily through its UPD brand, is dedicated to the wholesale supply of pharmaceutical products. This includes supplying retail pharmacies, private hospitals, dispensing doctors, and various other health stores. Established in 1968, the company was initially known as New Clicks Holdings Limited before officially adopting its current name, Clicks Group Limited, in June 2009. Its corporate headquarters are situated in Cape Town, South Africa.
