The company's efforts are directed towards uncovering deposits containing copper, gold, zinc, and silver. It maintains full ownership of several key assets, including the Niblack Project, an approximately 6,200-acre site situated on Prince of Wales Island in Southeast Alaska, USA. Additionally, the company fully controls the Hyder Properties, which encompass the Texas Creek, Cantoo, and Casey properties, together covering 3,863 hectares in the same Southeast Alaska region. Blackwolf Copper and Gold also holds a 100% interest in the Mineral Hill property, a gold, silver, and polymetallic site comprising 60 claims over 502 hectares within Alaska's Golden Triangle. Established in 2007 and headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, the company was formerly known as Heatherdale Resources Ltd. until its rebranding to Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd. in April 2021.
