The firm fully owns several significant ventures, including the 14-square-kilometer Isaac River Project, located in Central Queensland's Bowen Basin; the Cooroorah Project, situated north of Blackwater; and the Comet Ridge Project, positioned south of the town of Comet. Additionally, it maintains a 90% share in the Hillalong Coking Coal Project, spanning 48 square kilometers in the northern Bowen Basin. The company also holds stakes in Queensland's Broadmeadow East coking coal project, found in the Central Bowen Basin, and the Bluff Mine, an operational open-cut site in the southern Bowen Basin. Incorporated in 1994, its corporate headquarters are located in Brisbane, Australia.
