The company's operations are divided into three distinct segments: Construction, Equipment, and Resources. The Construction segment specializes in foundational civil engineering, providing services for infrastructure and building foundations, excavation support systems, impervious barrier walls, and ground improvement techniques. The Equipment division manufactures and supplies powerful drilling rigs (including heavy-duty, deep drilling, and trench cutters), grab systems, and vibratory hammers, along with their specialized tools, for the exploration, extraction, and utilization of natural resources. Finally, the Resources segment delivers solutions including water well drilling, environmental management services, the creation of constructed wetlands, and various mining and site remediation activities. Founded in 1790, Bauer AG maintains its principal office in Schrobenhausen, Germany.
