Its business is organized into two primary divisions: Architectural Solutions and Trading Goods. The Architectural Solutions segment produces an extensive portfolio of coatings, encompassing various architectural, industrial, and marine paints (including base, metal, wood, wall, boat, epoxy, and enamel finishes), as well as processed pigments, dyes, varnishes, lacquers, printing inks, and art paints. This division also manufactures putties, plasters, and a wide array of adhesives suitable for both industrial and domestic applications. Beyond coatings, it engages in the production of ready-mix and dry-mix concrete and mortar, along with various organic chemicals, specialized dyes, pigments, artificial resins, plastic raw materials, and a selection of metal containers such as cans, barrels, and drums. The Trading Goods segment is responsible for the wholesale and retail distribution of construction paints (including base, metal, wood, wall, and enamel types), putties, and plasters. It further supplies complementary items like pipes, furniture, and essential painting accessories, such as rollers, brushes, seal tapes, and sandpaper. The company was established in 1978.
