Established in 2004, the firm was formerly known as Central Asia Gold AB, undergoing a name change to Auriant Mining AB (publ) in June 2012. Its corporate headquarters are located in Stockholm, Sweden, and it operates as a subsidiary of Bertil Holdings Limited.
