Its operational activities are primarily structured around three core divisions: Hospitality, Education, and Services. In its Hospitality arm, ASH provides specialized consultation, strategic advice, and project management for the leisure and hospitality sectors. Furthermore, it directly manages a collection of four boutique hostels, which collectively feature 108 rooms and a capacity for 474 guests, strategically located in prominent destinations such as Bagan, Mandalay, and Nyaung Shwe. The Education segment delivers English language instruction and comprehensive educational programs from kindergarten through primary school. This division also extends consultancy, advisory, and project management services, in addition to owning and operating an engineering college. Within its Services division, ASH offers integrated security solutions, complementing its general provision of consultancy, advisory, and project management expertise. Headquartered in Singapore, the company previously operated under the name Myanmar Strategic Holdings Limited, before officially changing its name to Asia Strategic Holdings Limited in December 2021.
