Argo Gold Inc. is an early-stage company focused on the discovery and advancement of mineral resources in northwestern Ontario. The firm primarily explores for valuable deposits of gold, silver, cobalt, and zinc. Its most significant asset is the entirely-owned Uchi gold project, which encompasses 22 square kilometers and is situated to the west of Uchi Lake within Ontario's Birch-Uchi Greenstone Belt. Additionally, the company fully owns the Talbot Lake gold project, covering 760 hectares within the Uchi geological sub-province. Established in 1995, the enterprise was formerly known as Arbitrage Exploration Inc. before adopting the name Argo Gold Inc. in September 2016, and its corporate base is in Toronto, Canada.
