Aravive, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, based in Houston, Texas, dedicated to discovering and developing innovative treatments for life-threatening illnesses such as cancer and fibrosis. The company's primary therapeutic candidate, batiraxcept, is an ultrahigh-affinity decoy protein engineered to disrupt the GAS6-AXL signaling pathway. This drug is currently progressing through a Phase III clinical trial for platinum-resistant recurrent ovarian cancer, and is also being evaluated in Phase Ib/II studies for clear cell renal cell carcinoma and pancreatic adenocarcinoma.
