The company's operations are segmented into three distinct divisions: PV Cell, PV Silicon, and PV Systems. The PV Cell division focuses on the production and supply of PV cells, which are then distributed to makers of PV modules. Its PV Silicon counterpart is responsible for generating silicon of exceptionally high purity (7N+) for various PV applications. The PV Systems division furnishes complete solar PV energy solutions, designed for deployment in both extensive solar farms and building rooftop installations across North America. Furthermore, this division extends its expertise by offering services such as solar systems design and engineering, energy efficiency analysis, and energy opportunity evaluations for solar initiatives. These offerings serve a broad spectrum of clients in Ontario, encompassing residential, industrial, commercial, and governmental organizations. Originally known as CVCC Holdings Inc., the company adopted the name ARISE Technologies Corporation in March 1997. Established in 1993, ARISE Technologies Corporation is headquartered in Waterloo, Canada.
