Their early-stage pipeline includes AGLE-325 for cystinuria, along with other ongoing research initiatives. Founded in 2013, the company was initially known as Aeglea BioTherapeutics Holdings, LLC, changing its name to Aeglea BioTherapeutics, Inc. in March 2015. It is based in Austin, Texas.
