The company's business is structured into two main divisions: Prêt-a-Porter and Footwear and Leather Goods. The Prêt-a-Porter segment is responsible for the creation, production, and sale of high-end ready-to-wear apparel, lingerie, beachwear, loungewear, underwear, and swimwear for both men and women. This division showcases its own prestigious brands, including Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini, Moschino, Boutique Moschino, and Love Moschino, in addition to items produced under licenses from other companies. Products from this segment are distributed through both retail stores and wholesale channels. The Footwear and Leather Goods segment focuses on the design, manufacturing, and distribution of footwear, bags, small leather goods, and coordinating accessories, all marketed under the Pollini brand. This division also issues licenses to third parties for the production of Pollini-branded accessories like umbrellas, scarves, and ties. Beyond these core activities, Aeffe S.p.A. further licenses the manufacturing and distribution of various other accessories and merchandise, such as fragrances, junior and children's clothing lines, watches, and eyewear. Aeffe S.p.A. was established in 1972 and has its corporate headquarters in San Giovanni In Marignano, Italy.
