Its investment portfolio consists of real estate and other assets used for logistics facilities, primarily located in the Tokyo Metropolitan, Kinki, Chubu, and Kyushu areas. Formed on February 22, 2005, under the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations (Act No. 198 of 1951), JLF was conceptualized by Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. It subsequently began trading on the REIT section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on May 9, 2005, using the security code 8967.
