Its operations are broadly divided into four key segments: Printing and Publishing, Manufacturing, Property and Construction, and Utility and Renewable Energy. The company's Printing and Publishing arm extends its reach across Malaysia, Nigeria, France, Ghana, and Pakistan, producing a diverse range of items including periodicals, academic textbooks, general publications, directories, corporate annual reports, pamphlets, and books. This division provides a full spectrum of printing services, from prepress to post-press, employing both web-offset and sheet-fed methodologies, in addition to binding solutions. Within its Manufacturing segment, Nextgreen Global is active in the processing, production, import, export, and distribution of pulp and paper products, fertilizers, and animal feeds. Its Property and Construction endeavors encompass renovation projects, the development and management of industrial parks, and broader property development and management initiatives. The Utility and Renewable Energy division focuses on generating and supplying biomass power, overseeing forest restoration and plantation activities, and trading agricultural commodities such as empty fruit bunches, oil palm, and palm fonds. This segment also specializes in the engineering, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, along with the trade of associated components. The company previously operated under the name BHS Industries Berhad before officially changing it to Nextgreen Global Berhad in December 2017.
